Best skin care products – with clean ingredients!
I love skin care. I could go on about it forever. I love it so much! In today’s post I’m sharing the best (and my favorite) skincare products with clean ingredients.
These are items I use daily and religiously. I divide them into morning and evening routines. The night routine is of course much more important! I hope you enjoy taking a look at my medicine cabinet.

When I was recently asked to describe my skin type, my answer was “old.” Haha. Of course I was joking! I know I’m still young (ISH). But being 40 years old means I have to take good care of my skin morning, noon and night.
If you’re reading this and you’re 22, believe me when I say: the sooner you start, the better. Simply removing ALL your makeup every night and keeping your skin tight and hydrated can make a big difference.
And you don’t need a whole bunch of expensive products. Toner and coconut oil can go a long way if you’re on a budget and don’t know where to start.
In my opinion, this is the most important part of a skin care routine coherence.
Morning routine:
Toner
Every morning I wake up, splash some water on my face (and towel dry it), brush my teeth and then immediately take my hand Thayers Toner. It’s an item in my routine that I never go without. I prefer the unscented version.
You can wipe toner over your face with a cotton pad or use your hands to press it into your face. During winters I tend to have dry skin. I often use toner to keep my dry skin at bay.
Face is missing
Then I spray my face with a mist. I am currently using and loving the Sea vitamin boost from Osea. Mists make my skin feel fresh and it’s a part of my morning routine that really helps me wake up. I’m currently waking up really early with two kids, so it’s not always pretty.
Moisturizer
If I don’t wear makeup, I put some on Summer Friday Cloud Dew. It’s a great texture and a beautiful, natural scent. When I’m not wearing makeup (which is often), I still try to keep my skin highly hydrated.

Night routine:
Cleaner
I use Leahlani Bless Balm as my oil cleanser very often. Oil cleansing is my favorite. All you have to do is rub the product into your skin (you can use almost any type of product). face oil for this).
Then run warm water on a new washcloth and press it into your skin for 5-10 seconds. Repeat this a few times if you wear a lot of makeup. It melts away immediately.
If I don’t cleanse with oil, I use Honest gentle gel cleanser. It is great for all skin types.
Exfoliating
I love Moon Juice Sour Drink as my exfoliant. A few months ago I had a lot of pimples around my mouth. It kept getting worse.
After a year of not having any facials or skin treatments, my skin overall just wasn’t at its best. I read a review of Sour drink on another blog and ordered it immediately. It has done wonders for me.
In the beginning I used it every day. As my skin cleared, I started using it every other night or a few times a week. I will definitely keep it in my routine as it is one of the first times a product has delivered immediate results for my skin.
Night cream
I absolutely love it Osea’s Atmospheric Protection Cream. I was looking for a night cream with great ingredients, and this one smells and feels wonderful.
I’m obsessed with them too Vagus nerve pad fog. It has so many incredible five-star reviews. I’ve found that sticking to a nighttime routine has improved my sleep quality tremendously!
One last thing I forgot to put in a photo (but use every night) is a lip sleeping mask. It’s super thick and the ultimate remedy for dry lips, which I often have. I love it and use it every night when I jump into bed.
