The father-of-two fired back at the ex-reality star’s allegations through his legal team, saying: “Many of the accuser’s claims, supported only by the most conclusive and threadbare allegations, must be dismissed as a matter of law .”

“The remainder of Plaintiff’s claims must be dismissed because they impermissibly attempt to abridge Defendants’ First Amendment rights to modify and alter the messages they seek to convey in their creative works, under more through cast selection and other creative decisions,” the legal document said.

‘According to well-established law, even if defendants Housewives franchise to feature cast members drunk (which they don’t), that message – achieved through casting and direction decisions – would be protected under the First Amendment.
