Almost Friday media plates with Range Media Partners

Almost Friday Media, the Digital Content Network and Comedy Production Hub, born from the Instagram Meme Account Friday Beers, has signed with Range Media Partners.

Range will almost help develop its film and TV division on Friday, because the company is uncomfortably known for its short series and podcasts its reach to traditional entertainment.

When Variety Reported last week, almost Friday develops a television project based on the short “Insapranure” series, a satire of the Alfa -man, “Grindset” Archetype. A TV pilot is produced in collaboration with the Rough House Pictures by Danny McBride (who is also signed for reach) and with Chester Collins in the lead role as the ruthless motivator Royce du Pont. The company also has a handful of other projects in the making.

Almost Friday was founded in 2019 by brothers Max, Jack and Sam Barrett, who built an audience for the first time with their Instagram account Friday Beers, which focuses on men aged 21-34 years. The meme page grew into a lifestyle brand that includes merchandise, newsletters and a real-life bar in Nashville. Now the company wants to produce the kind of irreverent Bro -comedy that has slipped off the big screen, such as “The Hangover” and “Old School”.

The almost Friday team also includes President and Coo Andrew Kenward, head of sport and unwritten content Jacob Selzer, script -content boss Tyler Falbo and head of sales KC Murphy. The Sketch Comedy team of the brand includes talent Will Angus, Liam Cullagh, Eilise Patton, Billy Langdon, Collins, Will Donnellon and more. They play live under the name almost Friday TV.
