A Florida couple is suing Orlando police over a SWAT attack
A Florida couple is suing Orlando police for what they say was a fake SWAT raid on their home, stemming from false child porn allegations… and they say police kept their baby in a dirty diaper for hours .
According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Christian And Laurie Ann Campbell claim that OPD raided their home in August 2020 based on false information that they were child molesters.
TMZ has obtained video footage of the raid, and there is a massive police response… and the sheer number of officers involved is almost comical.
Footage shows a Christian handcuffed to a chair on the front lawn… struggling to understand what is going on… non-existent child pornography.
Laurie Ann is also captured in the video, along with the couple’s dog… and they claim that police stopped her on the way to the vet for emergency treatment… and that their dog died shortly afterwards.
Furthermore, the couple claims that the police came in smart and early before they could even change their 18-month-old out of a dirty overnight diaper… and the child had to stay in the dirty diapers for hours… to the point where their entire outfit was soaked ran out of urine.
The couple also say police falsely told their neighbors they were child molesters… and that the raid has publicly embarrassed them.
They are represented by Ariel Mitchell and go after the police for 10 million dollars.
We’ve reached out to the Orlando Police Department for comment…so far no word back.
