Halle Berry’s custody battle is straight out of a Hollywood script as she now accuses her ex of conspiring with her longtime nanny to make “false reports.”
RadarOnline.com can reveal that the famous actress made the allegations after ex Olivier Martinez asked Berry to produce text messages she exchanged with former employee Miryam Haziza, as well as any non-disclosure agreements executed by the nanny.

In the filing, Martinez also asked Berry to hand over any nondisclosure agreements executed by yet another former employee, Erica Simamora, “with whom [Olivier] conspired – together with Ms Haziza [Berry] has come to learn – to make false reports against [Berry].”
Berry closed the requests because her attorney claimed Haziza has not worked for the movie star since [Berry] discovered that Mrs. Haziza was conspiring [Martinez] and Mrs. Simamora without [Berry’s] knowledge while you are inside [Berry’s] use and transmit information [Marintez] to Mrs Simamora regarding Maceo’s therapy”.
Berry and Martinez share 11-year-old son Maceo. The Oscar winner is also mother to daughter Nahla, 16, with ex Gabriel Aubry.

The lawyer continued: “Ms Haziza specifically continues to communicate [Martinez] and his counsel, while refusing to participate in non-formal discussions with him [Berry’s] counsel about the content of her intended testimony at the hearing.”
They added that Simamora’s testimony is relevant because [Martinez] inexplicably convinced [Simamora] (during employment with [Berry]) to get in touch [Maceo’s therapist] with the aim of disrupting Maceo’s therapeutic process, which is relevant to legal custody… [Simamora] transmit false messages [Berry].”
Berry’s attorney also accused Martinez of trying to turn the custody battle into a circus.

The attorney shared, “Rather than focusing on the relief sought, [Martinez] intends to turn these proceedings into a charade, engage in smoke and mirrors to distract from his own conduct and the court’s findings on his conduct, and ensure that [Berry] to continue incurring even more unnecessary costs.
“[Martinez] continues to focus on gaming skills [Berry’s] costs.”
This is because Berry was expected to call her boyfriend Van Hunt to testify in her custody battle.

According to court documents, Hunt, 54, planned to discuss his communications about the former couple’s parenting styles. Berry said Hunt would talk about his “efforts to promote co-parenting between the parties and his observations on the matter.” [Berry’s] efforts to co-parent with (Martinez).”
Berry already agreed to pay Martinez $8,000 a month in child support, and both parties agreed to participate in co-parenting therapy sessions.
However, Martinez had added a stipulation that Hunt could not participate in the sessions. Earlier this year the Never let go star accused Martinez of abandoning the therapy sessions despite the agreement.

Meanwhile, Martinez’s attorney alleged that Berry “is seeking new, extraordinary and draconian relief, to obtain sole custody of the mental health and educational decisions of the parties’ minor child, including the desire to have sole custody decide to give the parties’ son psychiatric medication.”
The attorney also accused the 58-year-old of “attempting to talk his way into an immediate hearing” after a separate motion for emergency injunctions was denied in July.
They shared: “[Berry] makes this sole request for guardianship and refuses to set it at a date sufficiently far in advance [Martinez] to defend it, while I know it very well [Martinez] has asked [Berry] months to pay a contribution to the legal costs, because he does not have sufficient resources to pay his counsel.
‘She rejected this request, despite the fact that [Berry] is currently making several million dollars, and probably even more considering her new movie is about to be released.”

The judge recently ordered the exes to refrain from discussing custody issues with their son and making negative comments about each other or their significant others in front of him.
Berry and Martinez, who continued their custody battle, were married from 2013 to 2016.
