‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ star Ashley Darby files for divorce

Ashley Darby and her estranged husband, Michaelare finally moving forward with their divorce… TMZ has learned from this.

Online court records show the “Real Housewives of Potomac” star has filed to end her marriage – more than two years after divorcing the businessman.

It appears that the exes’ divorce will be finalized quite neatly, Michael tells TMZ. They have already reached an “amicable and fair settlement”, and further say that they had a prenuptial agreement. He tells us… Ashley’s attorneys filed their agreed upon settlement with the court today… including their decision to share custody of their two children, sons. Dean And Dylan.

Ashley’s impending divorce has been a hot topic on “RHOP” for several seasons, with AD repeatedly saying on the show that she planned to file the paperwork, but never kept the promise — that is, until today.

However, Ashley hinted that there would be a big update on her divorce during her Nov. 17 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.” Andy Cohen she was expected to explain her news at the ‘RHOP’ reunion.

Ashley confirmed that she had split from Michael in April 2022 … explaining that she and her husband of almost eight years had decided to split because they were at “very different stages from our life’.

She concluded… “Although our romantic bond has been severed, we will always love and respect each other. We also know that true happiness can only be achieved by continuing to work together and dedicate our hearts and souls to raising our two beautiful boys. “

The Bravo personality eventually moved out of her shared home with Michael and began a short-lived relationship with the ‘Summer House’ star Luke Gulbranson.

She has insisted she is dating but has not publicly announced a new relationship since.
