Coldwell Banker Realty expands the transaction support of the agent

The program offers Coldwell Banker-Lied agents with access to internal employees, called customer experience specialists, who manage non-litered tasks from the moment a home contracts until the deal is concluded.
The aim, the company says, is to enable agents to prioritize work of customer-oriented work-such as impressions and lead generation while the transaction team deals with paperwork and coordination.
“Agents play a crucial role in guaranteeing a flexible home sale process from contract to concluding, and transaction concierge supports agents by handling administrative tasks that free up their time to concentrate on customers and other business activities,” said Kamini Lane, President and CEO Realy.
Coldwell Banker started to introduce the model throughout the country in 2024. According to the company, the system managed more than 28,000 transactions during the first rollout and received a 94% satisfaction assessment from participating agents.
The transaction -concierge initiative is staffed by internal employees instead of outsourced contractors. These employees help to coordinate communication between lenders, title companies and other stakeholders, to keep up with important deadlines and to manage transaction -related documents.
“Transaction concierge supports agents by handling administrative tasks,” said Lane, “our strategic investments in a team of customer experience specialists ensure success by working directly with agents and customers.”
In addition to transaction coordination, Coldwell Banker agents also have access to other built-in support services, including onboarding, marketing and sales aid. These roles, the company says, are part of its broader support structure for affiliated agents.
